What we collect
This site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. We only collect personal data when you send the demo request form or an email.
Demo request form
- Data: name, clinic, phone, email (optional), preferred format (visit or video call), the request date and the page it was sent from.
- Purpose: to answer your request and arrange the demo. We don't use this data for newsletters or share it for marketing.
- Basis: pre-contract steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); the checkbox confirms you've read this notice.
- Retention: 12 months after the request, deleted automatically, unless a client relationship starts (then the contract's periods apply).
- Abuse protection: to limit automated submissions we keep an encrypted code (hash) of your IP address for 1 hour; we don't store the IP itself.
- Where it's kept: in a Cloudflare data store attached to this site, accessible only to us.
If you email us, we process what you send only to reply, with the same retention period.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web server, processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver and protect the site. We don't use that data to identify you. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no requests to Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw your request, by emailing koig@mail.grokbot.com. You can also complain to the CNPD, Portugal's data protection authority.
Patient data
Data processed by our modules for a clinic is governed by the data processing agreement with that clinic, which is the controller. See Legal & Compliance.
