Two ways to partner

Introducer
You introduce the business. We do the demo, the setup and the support.
One-off commission: €100 (or €50 under €400 + VAT), paid after the client's first paid bill. No second payment.
Certified partner
You run the demo and close the sale, always with Ponte's approved script and materials. The contract is signed between the client and Ponte.
€100 on the first paid bill and €100 a month for 12 months (€50 + €50 under €400 + VAT).

What you earn
For each client who continues after the pilot. Based on the client's monthly bill, before VAT:

A client on Clara Core, €450 + VAT a month, who stays at least a year. Introducer: €100, once. Certified partner: €100 + 12 × €100 = €1,300 over about 13 months.

Clear rules
- The pilot month earns no commission.
- Introducer: a single payment, after the client's first paid bill.
- Certified partner: the 12 months start from the client's first paid bill, and you're paid only for months the client pays.
- Contracts are always signed between the client and Ponte.
- A client counts for you if they start the pilot within 90 days of your introduction.
- You see the business name and the status. Client contact details stay with us.
- No pay for recruiting other partners. No joining fees.
- No exclusivity and no minimum targets.
